Regeneration possible
If the vehicle is safe to regenerate and the underlying cause is resolved, a forced regeneration may be suitable.
We use fault codes, live data and physical checks to work out why the DPF warning light is on before recommending cleaning, repair, renewal or software work.
A blocked DPF is often caused by something upstream. The diagnostic work looks at the whole system rather than treating the filter as the only fault.
Registration, mileage, warning message, recent work and any fault codes help us prepare before the vehicle arrives.
Send vehicle detailsThe right next step depends on measured data and the condition of the filter.
If the vehicle is safe to regenerate and the underlying cause is resolved, a forced regeneration may be suitable.
Where the filter is blocked but physically sound, off-car cleaning may restore flow.
Sensor faults, split pipes, cracked filters, melted cores or high ash loading need a different approach.
